WAMMAC has a very specific engagement management process, which allows us to quickly ascertain the size of your engagement from the business requirements to the development effort. This process allows WAMMAC to clearly manage the communication with our customers. This repeatable process ensures clear and concise communication to establish the environment for a "Win - Win" situation.
Engagement Management Process - 5 D's
Discover Phase
Meet and discuss the business philosophy, marketing approach and the goal(s) of the new Web site.
This is the first phase of our engagement management process: the fact finding and scope-defining phase. During this phase we will extract the business needs and customer expectations. This phase will consist of meeting(s) between the customer’s subject matter experts and WAMMAC.
Deliverables:
- Business Objectives
- Customer Expectations
- High-level business requirements
- Definition of project team roles
Define Phase
Meet to review the Discover Document and the Copy Deck to ensure that we have all of the correct information.
This is the second phase of our project management process: the requirement-refining phase. During this phase WAMMAC will ensure a thorough understanding of the requirements and what needs to be done to meet the customer’s needs (business and technical).
Deliverables:
- Project Proposal (Web site Proposal and / or Services Proposal)
- Customer Acceptance of Project Proposal
- Pricing and Project Plan (Schedule)
- Signed Contract
- 25% of the project cost will be collected at this time
Design Phase
Begin developing the site’s look and feel – background and navigation etc.
This is the third phase of our project management process: the product conceptualization phase. In this phase WAMMAC will show the customer how the Web page or Services will be configured to meet the business needs.
Deliverables:
- Project Proposal (Web site Proposal and / or Services Proposal)
- Customer Acceptance of Project Proposal
Development Phase
Develop the site and perform the Keyword analysis and incorporation the selected Keywords into the site. Identify who your online competition is and who your potential partners are. We will discuss our findings with you to for you to decide if you want to partner with any of these sites.
This is the fourth phase of our project management process: the build phase. The Develop Phase is where we build the Web site application to meet the functional specifications of the customer per the design phase. This phase also includes multiple levels of testing: unit, quality assurance and user, as well as the establishment of a deployment schedule.

- Web site and / or Reporting solutions
- Deployment Schedule
Deployment Phase
Publish the site and register it with the Search Engines and discuss any outstanding business issues. Phase Deliverable: sign off on the delivery of the site to document the completion of the development project. Upon completion of the Deployment phase the maintenance and support sections of the WAMMAC contract govern the Web site maintenance and support.
This is the fifth and final phase of our project management process: user activation phase. In this phase the Web site is actually moved to the Web and the URL is assigned. The preliminary Search Engine Optimization reporting will be completed and a schedule for future reports will be defined.

- Recommendations for future
- The remaining 75% of the project cost will be collected at this time.
