This is the first phase of our engagement management
process: the fact finding and scope-defining phase.
During this phase we will extract the business needs and customer
expectations. This phase
will consist of meeting(s) between the customer’s subject matter
experts and WAMMAC.
This document is used to collect the data necessary to put together an
initial proposal and pricing for an engagement.
The Copy Deck is the “road map” for the pages and the flow of the
site. It lays out the pages, the pictures or graphics to be used,
the content and finally the navigation between the pages. Below is a
sample of a Copy Deck.
